Capital Shared Living is a growing investment/lettings company based in Colindale, North-West London. We've been managing properties in this area for the past 4 years. Due to expansion, we require someone to join our growing team on a temporary basis (potential to be long term)

MAIN ROLE
Pitching our companies service to letting agents/landlords and booking in viewings

KEY RESULT AREAS
Calling agents/landlords
Booking in viewings
Analysing deals and adding them to our CRM database

SKILLS REQUIRED
Exceptional sales skills
Great people skills
Well-spoken
At least one year experience in sales calls
