Prepare street map in illustrator and save to correct property folder
Download DXF plan from Promap
Prepare site plan in illustrator and save to correct property folder
Collect floor areas from .xls spreadsheet in correct property folder
Obtain rateable value information from VOA.gov
Obtain rates payable information from Local authority

Save indd file
Create pdf and save to correct file

Add listing to website

Ability to use Wordpress
Ability to use photoshop
Ability to use YouTube embed
Ability to use googlemap embed

Prepare photos 600pix wide in Photoshop and save to correct folder. 3 photos required. Plain, under offer, let or sold.

Create new listing
Upload relevant media including photo, particulars PDF & EPC PDF
Complete listing

Review and update existing listings
