So who are we? We are:

- A fast paced and entrepreneurial Serviced Accommodation Management company which is growing rapidly across the UK, we have doubled our turn over this year despite the pandemic.
- Currently operating in 12 towns and cities in the UK and looking to add many more in the coming months and years
- Selling our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Airbnb and ---------- plus many, many more
- Working with both leisure and corporate guests, who are looking for great prices, superb service and a home away from home.
- Continuously striving to improve and refine our service to become to very best at what we do

The day to day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Managing our customer services & administration assistants including managing holidays, performance reviews & disciplinary procedures
- Recruiting and training staff
- Being the point of escalation for operational and guest issues
- Recruiting and managing suppliers
- Covering our 24/7 Duty Manager phone line on a rotation basis
- Managing the workload of the team to ensure optimal performance
- Inbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping)
- Outbound calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping)
- Producing and maintaining Excel Reports
- Documenting processes
- Guest Management (using our simple drag & drop system)
- Documenting maintenance work
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations etc.
- Strong team communication (via Slack & Whatsapp)

The right candidate will have a background with:

- Operations management (ideally within the travel industry)
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
- Excellent written & verbal communication (English)
- A hunger to improve and develop the business
- Managing people

This position doesn’t have fixed hours but its expected that you will be available to your team during our office hours of 9am-7pm Mon- Fri and 10am-2pm Sat-Sun (UK time)

In return we will offer the successful candidate:
- A competitive salary of PHP 40,000 - 50,000 month (subject to experience)
- 15 days paid annual leave
- An annual performance related bonus
