We’re looking for talent to join our newly created accounts team, reporting to Natalie in our Head Office in Australia
We need a full-time accounts clerk to join our team to help us with daily reporting and accounts tasks.

What You'll Do...

===Key Responsibilities===
Answering customer account queries
Review payments in Stripe and follow-up on failed payment plans
Conduct credit checks on clients and open new accounts
Maintaining and improving debtor days
Check bank statements for incoming monies and allocate and reconcile against the ledger.
Processing of creditor invoices into Hubdoc
Processing of invoices
Produce monthly reports on debtor status
All other finance tasks as required

===Skills and Experience===
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Able to work autonomously and meet month-end deadlines
Positive and friendly with a strong work ethic

Ideal Candidate Will Be...
- Must be from Davao City (home-based)
- Someone with an accounts background, someone who also has some customer-focused experience would be helpful
- Someone with excellent communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Loves accounts and numbers.
- Highly organized and is a critical thinker
- Someone with some study in business or accounting would be ideal but not required

Your Work Agreement
40 hours per week, working mainly Monday to Friday but with a flexible weekend schedule
Expected hours between 7.00 am and 3.30 pm Philippine Time
Your monthly salary will be in AUD (competitive salary package for the right candidate)
Your salary will be paid bi-monthly and sent directly to your bank account
PH Legal holidays will be observed
