We’re looking for a Webmaster / Web Developer / Manager.

After years in the Banking industry, we’ve decided to expand into Website and Media services for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have good experience building and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Must be able to Integrate Payment gateways.
• Must have good experience with Microsoft Exchange Server / Office 365 or similar
• Must be able to collect visitor data and market through autoresponders.
• Must be good at SEO, Google Adwords & Face book ads.
• Must be able to supply reporting.
• Must be able to complete new projects.
• Must be able to open to learn new skills, trainings paid for.
• Must be able to follow through with customer service when necessary.
• Must complete 40 hours each week using Time Doctor or Timeproof app

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
• Starting pay Php $30,000/month salary increasing to $50,000/month after 30 days qualifying.
• 10% profit share with all profit made above US$2,000/month.
• Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month.
• 1 week bonus pay upon hiring.
• Two weeks paid vacation each year.
• National holidays off, paid for.
• 13th month bonus (starting in December 2020).
• 10% raise each year (On anniversary date).
• Flexible hours - Choose your hours.
• Work from home.

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
• Must have your own good working computer.
• Must have high speed internet.
• 40 hours of work each week.
• Must be willing to learn and take assignments.
• Must perform some virtual assistant duties.
• Must communicate through Slack and Asana apps once started.
• Must perform well as a team when necessary.
• Must meet deadlines 100% of the time.
