Hi there! I’m hiring an SALES position role right now, which will be base pay plus commission - with an uncapped commission, meaning you can make $50,000-$150,000 PHP or more per month.

• I run a digital marketing company based out of Kansas City

• I own an American (U.S.) Company located in Kansas

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• I need someone who can reach out to and follow up with potential clients about a range of services that my company offers
• You NEED to be very fluent in English - both written and oral
• Handle customer service emails
• Create sales emails & send them to prospects
• Do online research in downtime for lead generation
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week during the US work week (those hours can be anytime from 8am Eastern until 5pm Pacific - that's 8:00 PM to 8 AM Manila time - I hate making you work these hours, but these are the business hours in the US.)

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay weekly, potentially daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance, and a commission on closed sales.
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
