Inside Sales Agent Position for the Loft Real Estate Team
Job Description
The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) prospects for new clients, cultivates existing leads, sets up appointments between clients and agents, and manages Brivity, our client relationship management database. Calls are made daily to contact new leads, follow up with existing leads, monitor the website’s online chat, work with getting potential clients pre-qualified, and scheduling meetings with the appropriate agents. This position is Sunday - Thursday from 11 pm - 7 am. These hours are so the agent can speak to clients who live in the USA. Hours are subject to change and applicant must be open and flexible. Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Job Responsibilities
2-3 hours daily calling leads
3-4 hours daily following up with leads (utilizing Brivity for
1-2 hours weekly briefing with agents
1-2 hours weekly briefing with lending partners
1-2 hours weekly of practicing/reviewing call scripts
Overlapping 35 hours a week monitoring the
Overall, the ISA should expect to work at least 40 hours a week
