This job is a "Lesson Reviewer". You will be reviewing lessons that other instructors have written for an online website designed to help students learn subjects in small, manageable pieces.
Specificall you will be doing the following:
-Improving spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
-Provide feedback on the lessons you will be viewing. Suggesting areas that could be made more clear or engaging for students.
-Researching the facts mentioned in videos to ensure they are accurate.
In order to apply for this position, please do the following tasks:
1) Go to study.com and watch the first 30 to 45 seconds of any video. Paste the url of the video you watch in your response to me. Tell me at least one thing you liked and one thing you thought could be improved in the lesson.
2) Read the following paragraph and edit any grammar or spelling errors that you find:
President Andrew Jackson, known as old hickory was the born in 1767. At Age 13, he joined the South Carolina Militia to fight the British during the American Revolution and he was captured as a prisoner-or-war. As a young man, he was a lawyer in Tennesee. In the war of 1812, Jackson served as a major general, leading the fight against the Birtish in New Orleans. He was elected President in 1828. In an early address to congress he suggested eliminating the electoral college.

The Apollo 16 mission was the 16th and final lunar mission. It launched from the Kennedy Space Center on April 16, 1972. The crew included Charles Duke, John Young and Thomas Maddingly. Once on the moon, the crew was the first to use the lunar roving vehicle (LRV) to cover greater distances than could be achieved by walking. They made visits to Stubby Crater, Cinco Crater and St. George, among other locations. The 3-man crew remained on the surface for 72 hours.
