Customer Support/ Marketing Assistant - Part time

We are an online education company that creates training materials to help students become successful entrepreneurs.

We are rapidly growing and are currently looking to hire a highly motivated person to join our team as a Customer Support Representative / Marketing Assistant (Part Time).

This role is best suited for someone who loves talking to people, pays close attention to details and is able to create polished documents based on rough video outlines.

This is a part-time role -
Hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm Eastern Time. These are strict (non-negotiable) hours.

This role will have you responding to customer support emails, answering social media questions, and assisting the marketing team in documenting systems.

Who are we looking for?

You MUST be able to speak and write in fluent English with exceptional grammar.

You must be naturally friendly and must know how to open up a conversation.

You are enthusiastic, motivated, creative, trustworthy, smart, and fun to work with.

You have a strong and reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

Sales experience is not required but a huge plus!

Benefits and Compensation

6 USD per hour
10 days paid vacation per year
