Position : superintendent

Industry : Installation, commissioning, Troubleshoot and Maintenance.Elevators & Escalators

Qualification : BEEE or equivalent

Experience : Min. 5 Year from Reputed Elevator brands

Key skills
1-Expertise in elevator installation, testing & commissioning and maintenance
2-A keen planner & strategist with expertise in handling projects for improving efficiency of equipment and machinery using available resources.
3-Well versed with billing, purchase order follow ups, work order follow up and the installation track records management.
4-Effective communicator with excellent relationship management & negotiation skills.
5-Experience in maintenance: Proficiency in devising maintenance (preventive, predictive & systematic) strategies, procedures and methods; diagnosing breakdown problems; monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
Responsibilities:
6-Preparing the site for the elevators/escalators after the sales and (As per the scope of Work)
7-Assure the safety of all workers.
8-Monitoring the process execution of testing works daily with customer and Testing agencies reviewing implementation of agreed test plan, protocol and test formats, and record setting values.
9-Handling the preparation of general arrangement drawings for the elevators.
10-Planning for manpower, sequence, risks, special tools, and methods for installation processes.
11-Managing the projects post order including customer handling.
12-Developing project plans & schedules; interacting with clients to assess budgets; fixing time span of project in view of project schedules.
13-Monitoring the erection, Testing & commissioning of elevators; training & educating clients on product attributes and usage.
14-Deploying review systems to execute projects on time and within budgeted parameters.

15-Managing a team of workmen and guiding them to address and resolve performance bottlenecks along with imparting in house training.
16-Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills and productivity.
17-Supervising workmen on the field and ensuring the quality of products installed.


Site Roles & Responsibilities: MAINTENANCE
? Good relationship with Client.
? Site inspection for each project and check for requirement.
? Arrangement materials.
? Conduct Rescue Training periodically at all the sites. (Maintenance Sites)
? Attending call backs. (Maintenance Sites)
? Analyzing call back through Maintenance Computer.
? Conduct TBT’s as per Company requirements.
Administrate Roles & Responsibilities:
? Minimizing usage of spares by maintaining Inventory Cost.
? Sending mails to clients regarding the inspection snags points to Improve Elevator Quality, Safety and Elevator Equipments.
? Send Specific Orders to factory whenever required.
? Send TR to factory whenever required.
? Send Modernization inquiries to factory whenever required.
? Evaluate Technicians performance.
? Attending Maintenance, QC & Safety Meetings at office.
? Based on Site requirement indents has been raised.
? Maintaining spares requirement at stores.

Language : Able to speak, write & read English to the required level

Age : Under 35 yrs

Others : Driving license, (Gulf driving license is preferable)
Notes : Good in attitude, behavior, self-motivated, self-committed, willing to take individual
