JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Agent will work from 8:30AM-5:30PM Pacific Time with one hour break.

Personal Characteristics: Great written and verbal communications in English, detail oriented, great work ethic, reliable, problem solver, self-motivated, ability to work in fast paced environment, and have exceptional customer service skill.


Tasks/Requirements:

Leasing and scheduling appointments

Dispatch and follow up on maintenance work orders

Administrative tasks such as enter invoices to software, data entering, listing, lease creation, lease renewals, and etc

Response to office emails and telephone calls

On-boarding owners and tenants

Owners and Tenants Relationships

MUST have a quiet home office set up with reliable internet

Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management or Real Estate
