High-Performing Link Builder

We need a link builder who can generate links for us monthly in a high-volume, scaleable manner so that the cost per link is affordable. Backlinks should be built using white-hat methods and come from high-quality, relevant, US websites.

We will only pay per link built - we are not going to pay for work done. So please respond only if you have a proven track record, and you are willing to work according to this format.

The target cost per link has to be reasonable. You can work as much or as little as you want, as long as you meet the target cost per link.

Please show me examples of work you have done in the past - website URL, and proof of the number of backlinks the site has. Also ranking high for selected keywords on a Google search.
