Product Data Import Full Time For a Online Site over 100k products

We are looking to hire a Full Time member to our team indefinitely to manage all of our products on the ecommerce website.

Training Program 1 - 2 Months:

Your Manager is going to train you one on one. He has over 10 years experience in product development, web development, marketing, hosting & management. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management & a Minor in Computer Science. We want you to succeed, you will be learning all of his skills & product development methods that will help you be successful in this venture for years to come. During training you will need to be available to work with him daily (Monday Through Friday) 8 hours total a day between a window of 9 AM EST to 10 PM EST. As you know we have a 12 hour time difference, this is why we are offering a large time window in order for you to fulfill 8 work hours a day. For example you would train with him 10 AM EST to 2 PM EST, take a lunch break, work on the project by yourself, at 5 PM EST you would contact your manager, review your work and continue training to 7 PM EST.

After Training:

Congratulations! You have acquired a decade of extremely valuable computer skills within months and are one of our Head Product Development Engineer's. You now work 8 hours a day at your convenience, you would have a conference call daily, up to an hour, to review your projects discuss new projects. Some days you might not meet due to a scheduling conflict. When you do not talk on the phone you are expected to write me an email with detailed work progress & files attached.

Day To Day Operations & Expectations:

If not directly provided product data to work on, you are to check each Manufacturers FTP & download any updates which includes:
New products
Inventory quantities
Removing Discontinued products & 301 Redirecting Product URL
Manufacturers Promotions
Price Updates
Product Images (Will need to be re-sized before uploading to the website)
Manufacturers provide spreadsheets that require cleanup before being added to the website.
It is very important the products are properly created, categorized & related products together.

The Business Today:

We resell over 100 brands; we currently have 100k+ products on the website. Our goal, with your help, is to have over 500k quality products on the website by the end of the year.

Skills Required
Experience importing over 100 products into a shopping cart website at a time.
Experience with FTP
Experience with eCommerce Website
Has High-Speed Internet
Has a Computer Less than 2 Years Old.
Has Microsoft Office 2010 or Above and is familiar with excel.
Can Learn Quickly
Can Problem Solve if other Team Members are unavailable or need assistance
Self Motivated, Self Starter
Only Working on this Project; Sorry; this is a full time offer.
Can be paid Weekly through Paypal

Compensation

The training program you will receive the first 2 months is valued at over $16,000 US. We are committing to you & your success right away. We are investing in you and paying for you to be taught how to be more efficient in your computer projects than you are today. During training you will be paid $30 US a week. Based on your performance at the end of the training program you will be evaluated and provided a fair weekly pay.
