Amazon manager with experience running amazon accounts

{Must have experience in the following.}

-Creation of systems and SOP's, as we work I would like you to help update SOP's, systems and potentially automate as many tasks so we can focus on more important tasks.

-Helping to Increase sales in each marketplace on Amazon.

-Research new Amazon launch methods and trends / help with relaunches, this can be done through being a part of Amazon facebook groups etc.

-Take care of Amazon cases via customer support

-Ebay experience is a plus.

-Customer care issues, 1 star removal (if possible) / feedback removal if poor.

-Help to launch new products.

-Product research and sourcing.

-Dealing with manufactures, inventory management and shipping agents.

-Listing optimisation and creation.
