NetSuite Technical Solutions Lead

Responsibilities:

Evaluate client's requirements and create solution design for new projects.
Plan and oversee new projects and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
Collaborate and lead team of Developers and Functional Consultants to drive the project's success.
Ensure that the Developers are following LEACC code style guidelines and NetSuite best practices.
Conduct Daily Stand-up Meeting to guide team the right urgency of each task or ---------- ts quality standards and spearheads checking of solutions to reduce bugs to zero before user acceptance ---------- municate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and delivery timeframes through scheduled meetings, or any other forms of communication.
Create and document technical design / user manuals, if needed.
Continuous improvement of current best practices.
Conduct training to new developers.

Ability to architect and design NetSuite solutions according to Best Practices
Excellent sense of urgency
Good judgment on which details to present the customer
Ability to design simple solutions
Strong organization and presentation skills
Strong customer service orientation and commit to timely, quality solutions to clients
Excellent Communication Skills
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
2+ years of experience developing and managing NetSuite applications such as SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteCloud.
Project Management and leading a team experience is a plus.
Must be a Philippine resident.
