We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our team to help us create video ads that we run for our clients where we spend anywhere around $10,000 to $15,000 per day across all our campaigns.

Our ultimate vision as a company is to create a world where small businesses with a big idea always have a chance to grow profitably for helping people with their products and services.

Your work will help us achieve these goals with our clients. As we help them grow, we help their future customers get products/services they need, and at the same time we create jobs for people as our clients’ businesses grow.

Here’s some of the actual responsibilities of the role:
- Research on video editing formats/layouts/trends to implement in our client's ads.
- Create compelling and attention grabbing video ads for our clients.
- Continuously learn new video editing techniques that captures the attention of viewers.
- Understanding client brand guidelines and implementing them into client videos.

We’re looking for someone to work with us around 3 to 4 hours every weekday per week to start. And if you’re a good fit, there's an opportunity for this to grow even further, and even become a full-time job with performance-bonuses and career growth opportunities for you as we grow.

BONUS: If you have graphic design experience and If you are proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop), that is a huge plus, proficiency in After Effects especially.

There will be systems and training in place to help you learn and grow, but we’re looking for people who can help us build on them.

You’ll be subject to intense mindset training - the kind that helped me start this business while I was a college student just 4 years ago, growing it into a thriving business, employing a team of over 20 people.
