Part Time Telemarketer / Appointment Setter

We are a freelance firm that is focused on building a 100% Filipino Team.

Our client is looking for someone who can call new and older leads from prospects who were looking at homes online. You will need to be able to reach these prospects and provide value, answer questions, and build rapport with the prospect so you can identify their needs/pains/interest/goals and then be able to convert and have the prospects commit to an appointment with one of our agents.

You will also be helping to do some list building such as For Sale by Owners, Investors, Etc and call these list to identify people who may be a good fit for us to work with

You will also be calling our current database and other list to see if prospects have any desire to remodel their homes or rehab their properties. You will identify their interest or goals and build rapport with them to see if our project management services or general contracting services might be a good fit for them. Then you would create an appointment for our project manager or general contractor with them.

This is part time initially, 20 hours a week. Php 9,000/Month
