Resume Sourcing Specialist-Tele-working

-Source candidates for the head recruiter.
-Assist with the recruiting process.
-Handle projects upon the client's request.
-Network, Search and Source qualified candidates accordingly to the job order.
-Maintain search engines active.
-Research open positions' Job Descriptions for better searching
-Practice familiarity with Search Engines (resume finding)
-Proofread keywords from resumes and evaluate candidacy
-Provide high-level customer service via phone, e-mail, and social media communications
-Manage & update corporate ATS datum in the company's Information Management System
