Build clone website system similar to organic website

I’m hiring a freelancer for my business. This is a long term business because I need a dedicated freelancer for my business.

Let me tell you about my business:

I have a system building with a website work similar to the organic one. Let say one example: ---------- . You can find on google to know what they are and what they can do. For this website ( ---------- , it is an organic website), I have a similar website with domain: ---------- (this is my website). All functions on my website are exactly the same as the organic website. My website is already logged in ---------- with an account from ahrefs, then my website has a lot of members, they login to my website at ---------- and use services from ---------- like they are using ---------- website in the real time.

This looks like “clone an organic website”. My website is working with PHP and Laravel, it is running on a Windows VPS.
