You are a healthy person with good habits. You eat well and sleep early. Your lifestyle is not a late-night gamer. You eat quality food and stay healthy. You geek out on your work because you enjoy it. You don’t make excuses, you own your mistakes and learn from them. You know how to follow instructions, use checklists and operating procedures. Your English should be good enough to have a clear conversation on Skype or zoom when needed.

- Work Ethic -
You will work alongside me, be online and working when I am and sometimes when I am not. I work hard. I expect you to do the same. I need someone with a vision for the future. Someone who understands the hard work that goes into building a business. If you look after me I will look after you. If you slack off - that will cost me money and end up costing us both our jobs. I don’t have a tree that grows money so if you are unprofitable then I will have no money to pay you.
You need to be willing to do the boring work too if there is a task that is not too exciting I need you to be able to get into it and just get it ---------- shortcuts and you need to be detail-oriented and follow ---------- l me in your application email subject that you either love or hate bananas and I will know you have actually read my job posting and thought properly about the position. Otherwise, I will delete your application.
