- About Me -
I have been in the web industry for over 12 years. I am still here. I have used Onlinejobs.ph many times in that time and met some of the best scammers on here!
I know when I am being scammed and I won’t put up with it. I am fair and honest. I do the right thing for other people and expect the same in return. You are a healthy person with good habits. You eat well and sleep early. Your lifestyle is not a late-night gamer. You eat quality food and stay healthy. You geek out on your work because you enjoy it. You don’t make excuses, you own your mistakes and learn from them. You know how to follow instructions, use checklists and operating procedures. Your English should be good enough to have a clear conversation on Skype or zoom when needed.

- Work Ethic -
You will work alongside me, be online and working when I am and sometimes when I am not. I work hard. I expect you to do the same. I need someone with a vision for the future. Someone who understands the hard work that goes into building a business. If you look after me I will look after you. If you slack off - that will cost me money and end up costing us both our jobs. I don’t have a tree that grows money so if you are unprofitable then I will have no money to pay you.

I need you to have an EYE FOR DESIGN, not just the ability to construct a website. I need someone who will work with me to get sites up fast and know a bit of CSS in order to keep things responsive when needed.

You will need to follow the guidelines I set as a foundation for my web sites. If you don't agree with me about something just tell me but I will have the last say on it. You will need to have the ability to listen carefully to detail and follow a checklist.
- We use WordPress and are just stepping into the world of Elementor.

- Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign -
Banners, logos, brochures and business cards. I need you to be good with design, not just using a program, but someone who has an understanding of the design and can use the right colours together!

- Domains / Hosting -
I need someone who understands Domain names, hosting and DNS. The knowledge of hosting on cPanel is a requirement for moving sites around between cPanel accounts when needed.

- Payment -

I can pay in PHP and directly into your bank account so there are no costs like you would get with Paypal and other systems.

... CRYPTOCURRENCY:
I can also pay in BTC, ETH and other Crypto Currencies.

- Final notes -
1. If you don't have -ALL- of the skills above that's ok, talk with me about what you can and can't Upgrade to see actual infosign ability is the main thing I am after.
2. If you are not in the Philippines don't bother responding - I won't work with someone who lies about their location.
