Looking for a IT Technical Helpdesk Specialist to join our team.
We are currently expanding our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience supporting customers in IT internally and externally. Monitoring of client websites on our hosting platform and Software on the phone, via
Joining our Support team, you will be a primary contact for our Service Desk and be able to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and offer solutions.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Supporting IT Infrastructure and Cloud system solutions
Remote assistance & phone support on a service desk
Logging and updating tickets associated with client requests
Monitoring and managing your work load
Desirable
Posses a minimum 1 year of experience with technical and customer support
Experience managing cloud based infrastructure (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure)
