We are a Property Management Company with multiple offices in the Central Valley. Our Home office is located in Bakersfield with additional offices in Porterville and looking to expand into Visalia. Our Team consists of members with a combined experience in this field of over 20 years, we strive to provide both Owners and Tenants the best possible experience.
The Position:
We are seeking experienced data entry and answering service personnel with a strong ability to multitask in a high paced environment with prior experience in Property Management and Resident Services
1. MUST have knowledge of systems such as AppFolio, Front, Showmojo, Lead Simple and Asana
2. Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
3. Experience in excellent telephone customer service
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Dependable, punctual and proactive
6. Work well with others
7. Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude
Job duties:
1. Data entry
2. Managing task assignments in a task management system

5. Tenant and prospect Interaction
