Wordpress Web Designer

Hey guys and girls!

We are a web design company in the United States looking for a Web Designer who is an expert at Wordpress to assist in building websites for our clients.

We specialize in building websites for small businesses that are responsive, seo friendly, and designed to convert visitors into leads. Most of our projects are simple information websites with a contact form being the only additional functionality. Because the majority of our projects do not include advanced functionality, design skills are most important.

We use the following plugins on pretty much all of our websites:
- All in One SEO
- Visual Composers or MotoPress Content Builder
- Gravity Forms
- Widget Blocks
- Revolution Slider

On some other websites that are more advanced, we use:
- Event Espresso
- WishList Member or s2member
- WooCommerce (for eCommerce)

We would prefer to have someone with experience using these plugins. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and proficient in HTML and CSS as well as Wordpress.

This can be either a full time or part time position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in web design using Wordpress
- Proficient in HTML & CSS
- Proficient with responsive design
- Good English Speaking Skills
- Excellent design skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to create website mock ups quickly
- Using Wordpress themes or frameworks is okay
- Must be okay with being using time tracking and monitoring software while working.

BONUSES:
- Experience with Genesis framework
- Experience in PHP & MySQL
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery and other libraries
- Experience creating custom Wordpress themes
- Experience with best SEO practices
- Knowledge of conversion and building websites to convert visitors (ex. Call to Action, Contact Form Placement, etc.)
- Logo Design
