**Must be able to work Full Time within the hours of 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM Manila Time / Mon-Fri

Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

-Perform LinkedIn marketing activities
-Create basic marketing video/audio materials
-Gather Industry Data and Research
-Organize Content
-Client Outreach
-Prepare and organize reports
-Take notes or transcribe meetings
-Handle confidential employer and client information

Skills:
LinkedIn Marketing, Basic Audio/Video Editing, Fluent in speaking and Writing English, Good Communications skills, Organized, Prompt, Responsive, Punctual, Trustworthy / Honest, Professional

Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
-Background in LinkedIn marketing
-With recent experience working graveyard
-Experience Using CRM, Google Hangouts and zoom
-Ability to read and write notes in English
-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office)
-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar)
-Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Can commit to long term employment
-Solid organizational skills
-Stable Internet
-Punctual and dedicated
-Excellent English Grammar and Speaking Skills
