freshdesk customer support manager

looking for a pro in freshdesk. Must know freshdesk inside and out for customer support.

Will be able to

a) manage people in freshdesk, look at reports and make sure they are working

b) help answer questions in customer support with the extra time.

Salary is 200,000 PHP/year including the 13th month bonus and paid vacation and sick days 4 weeks total
