Graphic Designer for Wordpress. To design headers, banner ads, help put together sites and redesign sites. Must have webmaster skills as well as high class design skills

We are looking for someone who is an expert in graphic design and putting together websites so that they look great whilst retaining core seo principles. The right person will have their own design software(photoshop or similar) and be graphic design minded to lift ordinary sites designed in Wordpress using the thesis theme whilst also understanding core seo principles. Webmaster skills as well as design skills are required on top of a basic understanding of SEO. This job is initially offered on a part time basis of 20 hours per week but would become full time for the right person along with pay rises every 6 months.
