We are looking for a Virtual Assistant responsible to help our customers through a Facebook messenger process.

Who we are looking for:
Our Social Media Virtual Assistant will work with our internal team to provide customer service and fulfillment support.
The agent must be flexible and work 7 days a week. We will not be tracking hours, but we expect the work to be done in a timely manner.
Must get back to customers within 12 hours.
Report to internal team weekly and as needed.
Good internet is a must.
Will conduct interviews on Zoom

Qualifications:
• Positive and friendly attitude and organized
• Experience with Facebook Messenger
• ManyChat experience is a plus
• Basic Excel a plus to keep track of customer communication
• Must speak and write English proficiently
• Available to check Messenger daily
