Website Management
Edit existing wix website pages as directed
Update wix website with new pages
Upload completed blog posts and videos to website
Update website store and e-commerce
Social media management
Upload posts into hootsuite and manage hootsuite delivery
Create engaging blogs and articles, social media posts, videos, images, etc., to promote the company’s brand and services
Create flyers on canva for social media posts
Create captions for social media posts
Create engaging blogs and articles, social media posts, videos, images, etc., to promote the client's and company’s brand and services
Manage and respond to questions and queries on the client's and company’s social media accounts
Email
Draft mailchimp posts for
Create launch
Create follow up
Draft Blog Posts on Medium
Draft blog posts on google docs
Post finalized, approved posts on medium
Make sure that all content created and/or edited are free from plagiarism and spelling-mistakes
Make sure that all content created and/or edited are SEO-friendly and have the proper grammar and tone
Your role includes website, social media,
Your role will also include doing research and drafting new ideas for social media content that is in line with the brand.
You are expected to update our company’s wix website (one website for coaching) pages and content based on our current initiatives and the current trends in the market.
If you are the type of person who always needs supervision, then this job is not for you. We are looking for someone who has initiative, experience, and the desire to improve themselves for the better and in turn will help change others lives.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Research Skills required
Available for 20-40 Hours a Week (we might have more work for you some weeks so if you can handle more work, we welcome it)
Stable internet connection
Quick learner
Must be a proactive self starter and must enjoy working remotely with minimal supervision
Experience with Wix
Experience with Mailchimp
Experience with copywriting,
Basic SEO Knowledge (For Content Writing)
Experience in Google and Microsoft Suite
Experience using Canva
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once yet complete tasks w/ laser-like focus
Must be a proactive problem-solver who finds the solutions themselves rather than waiting for someone to solve it for them
Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills
Your monthly pay is to be discussed, but the rate will be based on your experience and contribution to the company.
We will use a time tracker to make sure that tasks are properly done as we are continuously building and improving our business systems.
