Cold Caller for Real Estate Investor

Hi, looking for an experienced outbound cold caller (VA) for Real Estate Investor/wholesaler. Please apply if you're available and have all the following requirements:

- at least 2 years of cold calling experience working for real estate investor.

- experienced in calling distressed homeowners to determine if interested in selling their house for cash and setting up appointments

- experienced in Mojo (dialer), SMS platform (like BLS) and Podio (CRM)

- very fluent in English and comfortable making cold calls to prospective sellers

- hard working, honest, result-driven and have can-do attitude

Will start 4 hours/day (3-7pm EST, Tue-Sat) for $5-$8 per hour (depending on experience) plus $400 bonus per closed deal. Plan to increase hours in about 3 months.
