Although our Toronto headquarters only has a team that is 30 strong, we have approximately 70+ remote staff in Manila - the birthplace of our founders - Nicasio and Jerome. WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday 10 am-2 pm EST, with the remaining 4 hours of your shift flexible.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns mainly Facebook ---------- asure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) while identifying new KPIs to grow revenue from acquisition channels.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights


WHO/WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
An expert at deploying effective campaigns (especially in the B2B - business to business sector)
Extensive experience using Facebook ads.
1-3 years of proven experience in previous high-growth organizations
Exceptional analytical skills - you take a data-driven approach to make recommendations for KPIs and promotions
Strong project and time management skills - multi-tasking and balancing project deadlines is your strong suit
The ability to take ownership and see working at a startup as a lifestyle
A self-motivated leader that is able to meet deadlines (we don't micromanage here!)
Strong communication skills


BONUS:
Extensive experience using Google Adwords, Facebook ads, and Linkedin ads
Creativity and copy-writing skills for the marketing verbiage that is being put online
Digital marketing experience
Google Ads certified
