Full time VA for research and lead gen (40 hours / week)

I need someone who can help me with email outreach to start conversations with new prospects.

We have an easy-to-follow process that will guide you. And I’m happy to train you as well.

Monthly salary: $550

These would be your responsibilities:

1) Identifying new prospects: Based on a set of criteria, you will find new prospects to reach out to. We have a detailed overview of what a good prospect looks like and how to find them.

2) Sending out the email templates: We use an email marketing tool (Lemlist) where you have to upload the new prospects that you’ve found. The system is very simple and easy to use. We have instructions on exactly what to do.

3) Keep track of your efforts in a spreadsheet: We have an elaborate spreadsheet with prospects that you’ll use. You’ll keep track of who you’ve found, whether they've received email communication, etc. This is an important step. Our spreadsheet is simple. But it’s important that it’s followed perfectly. We don’t want to create a mess.

The tools you'll use: Gmail, Linkedin, Lemlist and Google Sheets

The person that is ideal for this project is detail-oriented (to follow our process) and has experience doing outreach.

We'll start off with a "test" of 5 hours.

Performance will be judged on efficiency and accuracy (so how many good prospects do you find within each hour).

If the test goes well, I’m happy to hire you full time for a long time.
