KSHK is a group company providing professional services related to Hong Kong companies, such as auditing, accounting and taxation under Hong Kong law, and we are seeking an ambitious and career orientated individual who sees the unique opportunity in growing with the company.
Tasks include:
- Bookkeeping works via MS Excel /Xero/ Quickbooks for different clients' accounts
- Daily office administration works, like filing, data entries
- Attend to any support issues
- Simple bookkeeping works for internal and client's
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks & Xero
- Strong writing and speaking of English (communication level)
- Strong can-do positive attitude
- Fast learner
- Working in stable office hours (9am to 6pm, Mon to Fri)
- Strong knowledge of Google Drive and Excel
- Effective communication, written and verbal, in English
- Team oriented
- Attention to detail
Working condition:
- Mon - Fri, 9:00 to 6:00 (HKT), with a 1-hour break.
- Follow Hong Kong public holidays
- Performance bonus on an annual basis
