Paid Ads Specialist

Ranga Digital – a fast-growing Digital Agency – has a great opportunity for a web developer (ideally full stack) to join it’s a talented and supportive team and play a crucial role in the agency’s continued growth.

We are currently looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist with a passion for acquisition and performance marketing to join a busy, agile team. You will work across all digital channels (Search, Display, Facebook) to enhance the customer acquisition journey through optimisations and A/B testing.

This role will be pivotal to delivering ‘always on’ digital media campaigns for the Australian market. Working closely with the team.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Building online marketing funnels to create a steady stream of new leads and clients
- Executing all paid Search ads, working with Facebook and Google Ads budgets
- Optimising spend and performance based on insights
- Building and maintaining our social media presence
- Tracking and measuring digital campaigns that align with our marketing strategy
- Ownership of digital media platforms and tools, data management and segmentation
- Reviewing SMM and CRO opportunities and recommend solutions
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the business

Background required;
- Demonstrated experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist with comprehensive hands-on experience across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, conversion optimisation and UX
- Experience in proactively applying data and insights to improve the customer journey and identifying opportunities and build out experiences to drive additional leads
- An entrepreneurial and innovative approach with the ability to identify and act upon opportunities
- A proactive approach and confidence in taking ownership of your work
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to work collaboratively with others
