JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a full-time assistant (or semi-full time), with good character, reliable, punctual, motivated, and hard-working, that can help me run my Real Estate and property management business.

I will be able to train you on the daily tasks needed, but you must have some experience in Real Estate and be very fluent in English with good speaking and writing communication skills.

Good computer skills and familiar with Google Docs, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Voice, Google Calendar, Gmail, Excel, Access, Podio (easy to learn), etc.

Time-Schedule:
Full-time, phone calls must be handled during our local daytime hours from approximately 10:00 AM (in the morning) to 6:00 PM (at night), PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (Los Angeles time) - These times are a bit flexible. Please make sure you are ok with the approximate time difference of 15 hours.

Here is a list of some of the tasks:
* Answer our phone (Google Voice) and assist callers that are looking to rent one of our houses
* Using our rental qualification guide, manage our prospect leads, pre-screen callers to see if they meet our minimum requirements to rent our properties
* Schedule property showing appointments
* Manage our INBOX using GMAIL. Answer all of our emails by providing the requested information
* Help and guide prospect tenants to fill out our online rental application
* Post and refresh for rent ads in Zillow, Craigslist, etc.
* Manage our existing tenants, follow up on maintenance requests, etc.
* Create the required paperwork, contracts, leases, etc., using our software
* Cold calling our property seller's leads
* Lead Generation, Marketing calls (cold calling), expired listings, etc.
* Update our online database
* Assist Real Estate Agent with office paperwork
* Assist with daily problem-solving tasks
