Sales & Acquisitions Associate

Searching for a new team member to generate and manage real estate leads via cold calling, and texting. While also assisting with converting these leads into real estate sales. Video training will be provided. Commissions/Bonus pay on successful real estate transactions offered in addition to weekly pay rate.

Job Requirements:
-Highly Motivated
-Very Strong English Skills: written and oral
-Experience with cold calling, telemarketing, or phone support
-Experience with lead generation
-Comfortable practicing, memorizing, and delivering call scripts (scripts provided) to prospects and leads over the phone
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Has experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and appointment setting
-Willingness to learn new real estate software quickly
-Experience with bookkeeping or data entry
