image uploader and super impose

We want the following features on our site to be finished:

step 1 - image uploader with progress bar (preferrably no flash)
step 2 - uploaded image should be super imposed to several products (wall frame, clock, tshirt, celphones etc)
step 3 - we want to implement all the options shown in the step 3 with all the pricing, and suboptions, as well as the real time changes on the image preview

depending on whatever options/subtions the user selects...

This should be done using php/css/ajax/html5 - NO FLASH
