ABOUT YOU:

* Fluent English speaking and excellent communication skills essential
* Experience in outbound cold calling (telemarketing, appointment setting, sales or similar)
* A can-do positive attitude with a persuasive and engaging phone manner
* Excellent computer skills & fast learner
* Great conversational skills, ability to build rapport with gatekeepers & business owners
* The ability to close the deal!

THE ROLE:

* Speaking with business owners (via Cloud Dialler) offering no cost advertising services
* Creating a new sales channel for small to medium businesses
* Introducing them to the digital economy for their business
* Updating CRM & sending emails

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have a quiet environment to work in
* Must have a good Laptop/Desktop with the ability to run multiple apps simultaneously and quickly
* Must have reliable Internet Connection with minimum of 15 Mbps or higher
* Must have good quality USB headset with noise cancellation

THE REMUNERATION:

* 145 PHP Base Hourly Rate during Training & Trial period
* 20,000 PHP Base per Month + Performance Bonuses from 10,000 PHP to 50,000 PHP per Month
* Daily Sales Meetings and training via Zoom
* Telesales Scripts & Ongoing Admin support
* Regular SPIFs (Sales Performance Incentive Funds)
* Weekly Pay & Paid Holidays

This is a Casual contract during the training trial period. Permanent contracts will be offered to candidates that have achieved or exceeded set KPI’s during the Trial period and met other company standards.
