The position has a 30-day probation period with a full-time opportunity
Bi-Monthly pay on the 5th & 20th of each month (via Paypal)
Bonus For Top Performers Each Pay Period
Access to company software & training

I will pay between $3-$5 per hour during the probation period. You will track your hours and submit them on the 1st & 15th of each month. During the probation period, you will be evaluated on speed, accuracy, communication, & an overall understanding of the position.

At the end of the probation period, one of three things will happen 1) I will bring you on as a full-time salaried employee (great job) 2) I will offer you contract work on an hourly basis (good job) 3) I'll pay you in full, and we'll part as friends (not so good job :)
