This is Frank. I am running a financial service & Insurance biz in California (Pacific time). We are looking for a virtual assistant who can help us handle business admin job, client & agent services, client relationship & marketing, and personal assistant for miscellaneous tasks.
We requires 40 hours / week. We can offer relatively flexible hours, but you mostly need to work with US pacific time zone.
We are looking for someone who is honest, loyal, hardworking and self-motived & dedicating to this job and grow with our business together. We will invest in you by providing good training & skill development for your personal growth, and we want to build a long terms relationship, if you’ve had another job just want to do this part time or you only intend to work on this job for less than 2 years, please don't
1. Patience & detailed oriented with tedious daily admin tasks & long term projects
2. Multitasking ability & good on handle last minutes urgent requests
3. Good organization skill on
4. Self-motivated, proactively looking for solution to resolve problems with less supervision
5. Personable & friendly with great client services & admin services: Phone call or
6. Good in English: verbal &
7. Fast learner on new things, including new software & tools & insurance related admin work
9. Good computer skill & a Fast learner with the following areas:
1) Gmail, G-calendar, G-Contact, G-Spreadsheet, G-Drive (Must)
2) MS Office PowerPoints, Excel, Word (Must)
3) G-contact, Salesforce CRM basics (Database) (Must)
4) Asana, Basecamp, Trello (Project Management tool) (Plus)
5) Zoom meeting (Host, Admin, Report....) (Plus)
6) Basic content creating skill like creating nice ppt & image & event poster (Plus)
7) Video recording, editing (Plus)
8) Content creating & building Youtube channel (Plus)
9) Social media marketing basics (Plus)
10) knowledge about investment & insurance industry (Plus)
