Quickbooks Online - Bookkeeper

We're a bookkeeping company in Singapore and looking for an full time bookkeeper.

Preferably someone with at least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and have experience in using Quickbooks Online. Accounting experience is a huge bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- handle financial operations including A/R, A/P and other general bookkeeping related matters.
- Recording transactions per bank feed
- Recording customer invoices, vendor bills and receipts
- Reviewing monthly vendor statements
- Reconcile accounts and review financial statements.
- Maintain bank reconciliation records
- Assist and prepare schedules to support management reporting and to ensure the accuracy of financial data.


REQUIREMENT
- COMPULSORY: Excellent attention to detail. Must be meticulous.
- Team player with good communication skills
- Great attitude and work ethics,
- Excellent time and workload management skills
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Meticulous and follows instructions well
