Graphic Designer and Video Editor

We're looking for a graphic designer and video editor that we can pay per project.

Here's what we're looking for:

Has a fresh, clean, modern style (we want our videos to move quickly!)
Can add a simple animated logo at the beginning with simple music
Can take a large number of videos (10-80 short videos) and quickly turn them around, as well as an occasional single video or two
Can add a believable background for videos filmed with a green screen (we can buy high-quality backgrounds to use)
Can accurately assess which takes to keep and which takes to delete without handholding
Can follow directions when creating images
Can produce exciting and innovative presentations
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, banners and other designs using software
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

We'll pay about $5+/hr, depending on the level of experience.
