I am a real estate agent in california and looking for a PART TIME virtual assistant 20 hours a week (increasing to 40 in a couple of months). this is a long term position.

I am seeking a well rounded individual who can;

1. enter contacts into database management system
2. simple edit, transcribe, tag and post videos to youtube
3. use wordpress for blog posting, video posting, and properly tag/categorize content
4. research & write articles related to real estate
5. know SEO and keyword research techniques and incorporate them into blogging
6. familiarity with backlinking
7. online marketing knowledge
8. edit audio podcasts using adobe audition
9. knowledge of google apps for business
10. knowledge of WORDPRESS

Qualifications;
1. high proficiency in english
2. own computer and internet access
3. ability to edit 5 minute videos (simple)
4. ability to use skype for communication
5. knowledge of adobe audition a plus for editing podcasts
6. ability to transcribe videos
7. very knowledge about social media
8. must love using the internet
9. must be tech savvy
