Well probably create several different ads for same product/offer to split test to see which performs the best.

I am looking for only good quality, professional worker that will create ads that attract users and result in successful conversions.

You should be:

- Take feedback well and make necessary adjustment
- ATTENTION TO DETAILS!!!!!!

If you have experience making Landing Pages then that would be a BIG plus!! But not required.
