We are aiming for big growth over the next couple of years, via new projects in national and international markets, starting with our local market here in Canberra, Australia. If you are part of that growth, then we will also grow your hourly rate and associated benefits.

If you already have a full-time load and would like to try us out with a small number of hours, before making a larger commitment, then we would also be very happy to accommodate that sort of progression, for the right person. You can start with an initial 8 – 10 hours per week and build that to a full-time load.

OVERVIEW
The role of Digital Marketing Professional is an important part of the growing Pilates Can team of digital and marketing in-house staff & consultants.

The main focus of the “Digital Marketing Professional” role is to help create new, and improve existing Digital Marketing campaigns focusing on SEO and Google Upgrade to see actual infondidates seeking this role must be able to work with our cross-functional team to brainstorm and monitor marketing campaign progress and collaborate with the company’s leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Analytics
• Responsible for web data analytics. Identifying ways to improve the quality of analytics and communicating this with the digital marketing team
• Understanding tracking requirements and developing metrics accordingly
• Analyzing traffic using various web analytics tools
• Create and test tailored plans that will increase engagement and improve the visitor's Upgrade to see actual infoarch Engine Optimization
Demonstrated technical skills and experience specializing in projects using the following platforms: Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Bright local, White spark.
• Provide recommendations for improvement in key areas such as keyword optimization on meta tags and images, content quality, and link building
• Generate and interpret SEO reports to assist in the audit of site speed and technical SEO recommendations
• Implementing search engine optimization recommendations and solutions
• Prioritize and recommend solutions for technical issues that could impact website performance
• Develop keyword plans through keyword research on a regular basis to generate content ideas and optimize existing content
• Integrate on-page and off-page SEO (link building) with content marketing and social media marketing
• Regularly track and monitor new and existing keyword ranking positions and devise integrated marketing strategies to increase organic search rankings
• Measure key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, ranking positions, domain authority, conversion and conversion rates, engagement metrics such as dwell time and organic return visits and provide recommendations for improvement
• Perform competitive analysis to benchmark current SEO performance against competitors and devise strategies to surpass competitors

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3-5 years working hands-on in technical and content SEO and Google Analytics preferably have worked for an Australian company
• Must have a proven track record of driving results (SERP rank, traffic, engagement, and conversions)
• Solid and advanced understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing & measurement
• Strong, data-centric analytical skills
• Clear communication skills in multiple forms
• Have a working knowledge in HTML, Javascript, and other programming languages as they relate to SEO

The successful candidate will start at an attractive hourly rate. The performance will be reviewed regularly based on Key Performance Indicators that will be formulated via discussions with shortlisted applicants prior to on-boarding the successful candidate. We are aiming for a very long-term relationship with the right candidate.
