Wordpress Developer Needed

This is a fairly simple task. I have a theme that i've bought, and i want the theme formatted similarly to another fully functioning site that also is using the same theme. I don't have enough time to currently spend to figure it out myself and someone with wordpress dev experience will probably do this easily.

I have the domain, site hosted and theme ready.
