Customer Service / Wordpress Experience

Hello,
I'm looking for a FABULOUS Customer Service Representative who is able to man our "live chat" desk and help us to resolve service tickets through the "FRESH DESK" System from Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm eastern standard time

YOU MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH WORDPRESS - you will not be asked to build wordpress sites, merely update content on wordpress sites.

We are currently looking for help 5 days per week (Monday - Friday from 1pm-9pm eastern standard time - NYC Time)


YOU MUST:
1.)Be reliable and show up ON TIME, EVERY TIME that you are set to be working.
2.)Be a FAST LEARNER - our expectation is that after you've been taught to do something, you will then be able to do it without constant supervision.
3.)Be a FAST WORKER - speed is important as we have a ton of clients and need to get everybody taken care of quickly, correctly and politely.
4.)Have excellent communication skills - English Writing and Speaking. While you won't be "talking" to clients, you will be chatting with them online so your English must be great.
5.)Have a firm understanding of Wordpress - we are a website firm and our sites are developed in Wordpress, we'll help you with this, however, you must have a solid understanding of wordpress before you start.
6.)NO FEAR --> You must be confident and willing to engage with our clients.We've had representatives in the past who were "scared" to chat with clients...this is unacceptable.
7.) Skilled at Documentation - we use a screen capture tool called "Clarify" we're always interested in growing our documentation and you'll be asked to do so as well.
8.) Honest, Kind, and Considerate - We LOVE our clients and expect for them to be spoken to with respect and kindness at all time.
9.) Open to learning Animoto to create quick videos.

*** We are NOT looking for anybody who is already employed during these hours. Our expectation is that you work the ENTIRE TIME DURING YOUR SHIFT.
