Wanted: Looking for back end PHP developer for long term position(ONLY FOR INDIVIDUALS)

We are looking for a full-time back-end PHP developer for a long term position.


Core skills we are looking for?
------------------------------------------------------
1. 3-5 years of core PHP backend work
2. Should be strong at Debugging/Troubleshooting
3. Fluent in Written and Spoken English
4. Good project and time management skills


Additional skills (is a plus)
-------------------------------------------------------
1. Experience with Moodle, Opencart, Wordpress is a HUGE plus (if yes, please mention what experience you have there)
2. Linux shell experience a plus; sysadmin experience an even bigger plus.
3. Comfortable with version control systems (SVN or GIT) (We use GIT. You will learn it if you're unfamiliar with it.)
4. Comfortable with the command line interface.
5. Working knowledge of MVC architecture. (Please list what all platforms you have worked on)
6. Please list if you have any other additional skills that you think could come in handy.


Responsibilities:
------------------------
1. Mainly monitoring and answering technical support queries.
2. Debugging/Troubleshooting. Resolving general and technical issues.
3. Adding new features


Working style
-------------------------
1. First of all, this is going to be a full-time job, from Monday to Friday. Once hired you cannot carry any other job.
2. Working time is going to be 10AM to 6PM Philippines Time (8hrs a day and 5 days a week).
3. We use JIRA as the core project management tool. You will get tasks assigned by this software.
4. We use TimeDoctor software for tracking time.
5. Our primary communication media is going to be JIRA and then Email. We will use Skype for meetings.
6. The first month will be on a paid trial month. If everything goes good, we will work together for as long as it works for both of us.


Payment schedule and method:
-------------------------
1. For first two months we will pay in every two weeks, that means twice a month. And from third month the payment will be once in a month.
