JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! I’m hiring a part-time writer virtual assistant to help me and the team to work on the content to promote our business. This is a long term position; Learning guaranteed; Potential to grow with the company; Work for a Friendly Team.


REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience writing content or as a copywriting Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Mac pages/numbers/keynote or MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar and/or Calendly)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills

For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:

Great written communicator in English
Fast implementer & self starter
Dependable & trustworthy
Detail-oriented
Have a “get the job done” attitude
Copywriting knowledge preferred
Able to read and understand Spanish is a plus (But not necessary)

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Writing Facebook and Instagram posts from a content calendar
Writing text messages and emails to customers. (They are sent automatically)
Writing web pages or sales pages copy with the help of a copy generating tool
Writing newsletters or blogs and uploading them
Write or Transcript audios and videos for courses, podcast, or youtube
Light text editing (check out for spelling or grammar mistakes, etc)
Organizing documents in folders and/or email inboxes
Follow a Social Media posting calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn posts
Documenting admin procedures if needed
15-20 hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for great work or company’s goals met
We can give pay increases based on performance
