Looking for a brilliant Customer Service / VA to be a key member of our 5 Star Property Management Team. We have a small team in the Philippines and are looking to add to the team.

You must be comfortable working night shift and have experience working night shift previously.

The position requires, overnight shift work because of the need to service our US based ---------- is a requirement of the role and so if you aren't able to commit to working overnight / graveyard shifts on a permanent basis then this is not the job for you, please do not ---------- w the more exciting stuff!

We are right next to Disney World and we manage vacation homes for homeowners. We rent these homes to guests who travel from all over the world. We earn money by maintaining the homes for our owners and finding guests to stay in the homes.

We rent these vacation homes, using AirBNB, VRBO, ---------- and similar sites. Most of our clients speak English and some speak Spanish or Portuguese. English is the language of our business but if you speak Spanish or Portuguese this would put you at an advantage so let us know!

Our business is busy, each day we might have to organize for a plumbing problem to be fixed or a Pool to be cleaned, we might deal with a happy (or unhappy) guest or a AC unit might break down at 1AM in the Summer and the phone rings because someone needs us to help.

Are you someone who can pick up a task, research and come back with ideas or solutions and think outside of the box? We are a young business sometimes we don’t have the answer and need help researching new solutions and designing a new process to ---------- n you communicate with customers by chat / email and are confident to answer and pick up the phone?

We are growing and want you to grow with ---------- illiant English is important, and a brilliant attitude is as well.

We also need help with some of our monthly tasks, entering data into customer accounts, creating invoices and work orders as well as checking (via photos) the work of our cleaning teams.

- Would particularly suit someone who has worked in a service and hospitality environment.

- Experience of Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, ---------- would be a bonus and help you get off to a quick start.

- Role requires flexibility and some weekend work. Business mainly operates on US Eastern time and whilst there will be some opportunity to work PH daytime, the role will often require graveyard shift.
